My Name is David Levingston.
I used to be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and now I'm in Vermont.
I work in black & white as well as color.
I also produce fine art black and white prints
the traditional way. My subjects include portraits,
nudes, landscapes, and unlikely views of ordinary reality.
I like using natural light,
and sessions that allow for casualness, spontaneity, and interest.
When I take pictures with someone, it is about more
than just getting a beautiful photograph.
It is about creating and reaching a space together
in which sides of yourself can be explored, and revealed.
That space is special and transcendent.
It is also my hope that you will see something of yourself
that you might not have appreciated before.
