Rep:  Yes.

Me:  Could I please get your first name and last initial, and a call reference number for this call?

Me:  Wouldn’t it be hilarious if you just kept on reading strings of numbers for another half an hour?

Rep:  [Goes off script and shares a real laugh and shows her beautiful humanity]
